Welcome to Labasam, a ride-sharing platform accessible via our website https://labasam.com/ (the "Site") and mobile application. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Labasam ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site or our mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Labasam connects users who need transportation services ("Customers") with independent drivers ("Drivers") who provide such services. The use of our platform is subject to the following conditions:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Labasam. By registering for an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and other required details. You agree to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your account details with anyone else.
Labasam operates within specific geographical areas. We do not guarantee the availability of drivers at all times or in all locations. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, and other external conditions.
To book a ride, Customers must submit a ride request through the Site or mobile app. Drivers may accept or decline requests based on their availability. Once a ride is accepted, the Customer will receive the Driver's contact details and an estimated time of arrival.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand at the time of the booking. The fare for the ride will be displayed in the app before confirming the ride. Any applicable taxes and service charges will be included in the total amount.
Customers agree to pay the fare for the ride as calculated by the app. Payments can be made via cash or through an integrated digital payment system, depending on the region and service availability. All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise determined by Labasam in its sole discretion.
Drivers using Labasam's platform agree to comply with all local laws and regulations, maintain valid licenses and insurance, and ensure their vehicle meets safety standards. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Labasam. Drivers are responsible for the safety and conduct of the rides they provide.
Customers agree to treat Drivers with respect and follow all applicable laws during rides. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride. Labasam is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Customers can cancel a ride request before it is accepted by a Driver at no charge. Once a ride is accepted, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation policy will be displayed at the time of booking.
Drivers may cancel a ride if circumstances prevent them from completing it. In such cases, Customers will be notified, and Labasam will make reasonable efforts to connect them with an alternative Driver.
Refunds are not typically provided. However, if you believe you were incorrectly charged or experienced service issues, you may contact our support team at support@labasam.com to request a review.

In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a Driver, Labasam encourages both parties to resolve the matter directly. If resolution cannot be reached, Labasam may assist in mediation, but we are not responsible for enforcing or resolving disputes.
Any legal claims arising from the use of Labasam services must be filed within the jurisdiction of Nepal, and will be governed by the laws of Nepal.
All content and materials on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Labasam or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Labasam reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
Labasam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify users by posting the revised version on the Site or mobile app. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
