Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Labasam account along with all associated data. This action is irreversible and once your account is deleted you won’t be able to retrieve your data or history.

All your rides and account data will be permanently erased.
You will no longer be able to log in or access any information.
This action applies to both passenger and driver accounts.

To delete your account from the Driver app:

Open the app and log in to your account.
Open the sidebar drawer menu by tapping the menu icon.
Click on Permanently Delete Account from the menu options.
Confirm your action to permanently delete your account.

To delete your account from the Passenger app:

Open the app and log in to your account.
Open the profile by tapping in the profile icon from bottom menu
Click on Permanently Delete Account from the menu options.
Confirm your action to permanently delete your account.
